The delivered quantity was smaller than ordered. What should I do?

Sign in to your customer account.

Go to your order overview and select under "Details & actions" at the right the option "Submit complaint" from the desired order. In the form, specify the reason for your complaint and describe the defect in detail.

After you have transferred all the required data including pictures and sample copies, if required, we will tend to your complaint as quickly as possible. Afterwards, we will contact you.
