Please make sure to use a sufficient width for lines when creating your layout. This also applies to fonts.

• Positive lines (dark lines on a bright background): min. 0.25 pt (0.09 mm)
• Negative lines (bright line on a dark background): min. 0.5 pt (0.18 mm)

Why must positive and negative lines have a specific weight?

Thin lines designed with a colour application of below 100 % per colour channel may seem broken, uneven, blurred or cracked due to the halftone screen.
