How will you process my complaint as quickly as possible?

Use the "Submit complaint" option in the order overview of your customer account. Complete the entire form as exactly as possible. 

Depending on the reasons for your complaint, we will ask you in the complaint form to send us photos or sample copies attesting the defect.
