Where is my package?

 

When your order leaves our premises, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. This will contain all tracking information. Use the tracking number to find out where your parcel currently is.  

 

You will receive a separate parcel number for each shipping address. This number is also displayed in the order summary of your customer account.  

 

Due to the manual processing of split shipping, delivery may take approx. a day longer in individual cases.
