Properties FOREX® Print

FOREX® Print is ideal for digital printing. We print the rigid foam boards with high-quality UV inks. The printed inks are highly resistant to external influence.

Rigid foam boards can be used as advertising signs or displays both indoors and outdoors. FOREX® Print boards are suitable for short- to medium-term outdoor use. High temperatures caused by direct sunlight can cause slight deformation of the rigid foam boards.
Indoors, the boards are frequently used as advertising signs, displays or suspended displays. They are encountered at exhibitions or used to build booths for events and trade shows. The combination of light weight and high durability makes the material ideal for these applications.

Characteristics of FOREX® Print

FOREX® Print boards combine a light weight with excellent durability. The bright white, semi-gloss surface provides for excellent ink adhesion and saturated, real-life colours. The even material has a smooth feel. The print image is slightly raised and can be felt when running your palm over the surface. The edges are clean but coarser than the surface due to the exposed rigid foam core.

Tips on choosing FOREX® Print

What is the best ways to mount FOREX® Print advertising signs?

1. Mounting the printed FOREX® Print board with plastic hangers

We optionally provide plastic hangers to hang your FOREX® Print advertising signs. This option can be selected on the product pages in our online shop. Simply glue the self-adhesive hangers on the back of the sign. You can now hang the advertising sign on the wall using two nails and the metal hooks.
We deliver two plastic hangers with each advertising sign.

2. Hanging the printed FOREX® Print sign with metal hangers

As an alternative to plastic hangers, you can opt for a metal hanger to mount your FOREX® Print advertising sign. This option can be selected on the product pages in our online shop. Two self-adhesive metal hangers will be supplied with your advertising sign. Depending on the board size and weight, the metal hangers are either 10 x 10 cm or 10 x 20 cm.

Glue the self-adhesive metal hangers to the upper edge of the back of your advertising sign. Press the hangers tightly to the back for about ten seconds and wait another 30 minutes before hanging the sign. Mounting the sign on the wall is similar to hanging a picture. You need two nails to hang your sign using the two metal hangers.

We deliver self-adhesive rubber spacers with the hangers. You can glue the spacers near the two lower corners on the reverse of your advertising sign, for example. The spacers will assure the perfect distance of the sign to the wall.

3. Hanging the printed FOREX® Print board with four corner holes

FOREX® Print advertising signs can optionally be delivered with four corner holes. The "drilled holes" option can be selected on the product pages in our online shop. We then fit the corners of your advertising sign with four holes with a diameter of either 4 mm or 6 mm. This allows you to screw your sign to the wall in an easy and secure manner.
