Properties of 350 µm PVC with a semi-gloss surface

350 µm PVC is made of thick white polyester film with a scratch-resistant surface and a semi-gloss finish. The silver reverse blocks out light and makes the banner opaque.
We provide 350 µm PVC for our pop-up towers and pop-up displays used indoors. The opaque silver-coated reverse blocks out light and makes sure that the design is clearly visible under all light conditions.

Properties of 440 µm PVC with lamination

440 µm PVC is also available for pop-up displays and pop-up towers. The white rigid PVC is laminated with a matt protective film. The material surface is smooth and anti-reflective. The lamination additionally makes the material scratch-proof and suitable for short- to medium-term outdoor use. 440 µm PVC blocks out light and is dimensionally stable.

Properties of 500 grams per square metre matt PVC

Our 500 gsm matt PVC is a white, heavy-duty tarpaulin made of PVC coated polyester. The material is heavy, exceptionally rugged and weather-resistant, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use.
The surface has a light structure which creates vibrant colours. The white back has a honeycomb structure. PVC can be wiped clean if necessary.

Tips on choosing PVC

What is the best way to install PVC banners?

1. Using eyelets to hang the PVC banner

To make installing your PVC banners as easy as possible, you can have your banner hemmed and fitted with weather-proof eyelets at 50 cm intervals. On the product page of PVC banners, simply choose the desired option at "Hems/eyelets". With the "Hems and eyelets along the edges" options, the eyelets are applied on all four sides of the banner.

2. Installing PVC banners using the "standard" tie-down system

Under "Additional options" go to "Tie-down system" on the product page of PVC banners. Choose "standard tie-down system" to have black bungee loops delivered with your PVC banners. Use these loops to securely set up your banners in no time. The loop size is between 20 cm and 22 cm approximately. We deliver the matching number of bungee loops for your banner size.

3. Installing PVC banners using the "exclusive" tie-down system

Go to "Tie-down system" and choose the "exclusive tie-down system" to have black bungee hooks and cords delivered with your PVC banners. These will withstand any weather any make sure your banners are securely fastened and stretched taut.
One bungee cord is between 60 cm and 80 cm long; the number of delivered bungee hooks depends on the size of the ordered banners. We always supply a sufficient number of bungee hooks to make sure that the banner is mounted ideally.
