Properties of STAFIX®

STAFIX® is a white or clear printable film that is permanently charged electrostatically. This static charge makes the material cling to nearly all smooth and dry surfaces, without any glue.
STAFIX® is printed digitally to produce vivid colours and great depth of detail.

The static cling decals are applied simply by removing the cardboard carrier and sticking them on the desired surface. Air bubbles under the film can be smoothed out by hand our using the backing cardboard.
STAFIX® clings to various surfaces such as glass, marble, metal, plastic or wood. The only prerequisite is that the surfaces are clean and dry and free from grease and dust. STAFIX® does not adhere to porous, uneven surfaces or textiles.

A major benefit of static stickers over conventional adhesive stickers is that they can be repositioned several times.
The film retains its adhesion indoors for three months and can be removed at any time without residue. We do not recommend the material for outdoor use since its durability can be very short depending on the weather. Frequent repositioning can also reduce the adhesion performance of STAFIX®.

Please note that white objects cannot be printed on clear STAFIX® and will also appear transparent in the final print.

Characteristics of STAFIX®

The 50 µm film is very lightweight and thin; the glossy surface feels smooth and flat. The printed sticker film is easy to peel off the carrier material without sticking or wrinkling. The carrier material is a slightly thicker, white paper without slit.

For which applications are STAFIX® static cling stickers suitable?

The static cling stickers are ideal for promotional or marketing campaigns, for example in storerooms, on shop windows, deep freezers, shelves or displays. They are also eye-catching visuals for short-term advertising or marketing purposes outdoors. Moreover, they can be printed as folder spine and in round or oval formats.
