- Special requirements for creating the artwork:
- The print design must protrude 3 mm into the inner edge of the adhesive flap (overfill); the rest of the adhesive flap must remain unprinted.
- black elements must be created with 100 % black only (e.g. barcodes such as EAN, QR-codes, text etc.)
- Include a surrounding trim of 3 mm, important information should be at least 4 mm from the edge of the final format size
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Fonts must be completely imbedded or converted to curves
- colour mode: CMYK, FOGRA51 (PSO coated v3) for coated paper, FOGRA52 (PSO uncoated v3 FOGRA52) for uncoated paper
- We will not check for spelling and/or typographical errors
- We will not check for overprint settings
- Comments will be deleted and not printed
- Form field content will be printed

- consisting of a body with adhesive flap on the long edge, a sturdy 1-2-3 bottom and a top tuck flap at the lid
- standard: ECMA A5520 B / A55.20.01.01
- secure bottom closure thanks to bottom flaps that interlock when setting up the box
- The 1-2-3 bottom makes the box particularly strong and ideal to package heavy products.
- easy to open and close again thanks to top tuck flap
- easy to fill
- easy to stack and therefore ideal for transport and presentation
- The top tuck flap has one tuck flap and two dust flaps.
- To close the box, first fold in both dust flaps and then the tuck flap.
